Terms of Service — दृष्टि (Drishti)
Effective date: 10 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Drishti, operated by Fostron, a sole proprietorship of Shashi Patel, 18, Vrajvas Society, College Road, Nadiad, Gujarat, India. By using Drishti you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Drishti lets a business collect customer feedback through a QR code, receive alerts about dissatisfied customers, analyse feedback using automated tools, and — where the business connects their Google Business Profile — view and reply to their Google reviews.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, operating a genuine business, and authorised to bind that business. Businesses only — Drishti is not for personal use.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login PIN and recovery code, and for all activity under your account. Your PIN cannot be changed from within the application — this is by design and is explained at onboarding. If it is compromised, contact us immediately for account recovery.
Do not share credentials. You are responsible for what staff do with access you grant them.
4. Your obligations — the important ones
You agree, and this is a condition of using Drishti:
4.1 You will not manipulate reviews
- You will not ask us to filter, gate or suppress which customers are invited to leave a public review. We do not build this and will not enable it.
- You will not offer any incentive, discount, gift or benefit in exchange for a Google review.
- You will not instruct staff, family or associates to post reviews about your own business, whether or not drafted using our tools.
- You will not post reviews about a competitor.
These are Google's rules as much as ours. Breaking them can result in your Google Business Profile being suspended, and reviews being removed. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
4.2 You will represent yourself truthfully
You will not impersonate another business, use a name or branding you have no right to, or present your business page as being operated by anyone other than you.
4.3 You will handle your customers' data lawfully
Where customers give you their contact details through Drishti, you are the Data Fiduciary for that data. You will use it only to resolve their experience, never for marketing, and you will comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process it on your behalf under the Data Processing Addendum (§11).
4.4 You will keep your content lawful
You will not publish through Drishti any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that promotes fraud.
5. Our rights
We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where practicable and immediately where necessary, if you breach these Terms, if your account is used for fraud or impersonation, if required by law, or if continued operation risks harm to customers or to other merchants.
Where we suspend for suspected review manipulation, we will tell you why, and you may respond.
6. Fees
Prices are shown at drishtiapp.co.in/pricing and are payable in advance. Fostron is currently not registered for GST; where registration becomes applicable, tax will be charged as required by law and you will be notified before it takes effect.
The Starter Kit fee covers physical materials and setup assistance. It is separate from any subscription and is non-refundable once materials have been delivered.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price for at least 12 months from the date of any increase.
7. Your data and content
You own your business data — your feedback, your reviews, your customer records. We claim no ownership.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, analyse and display that data solely to provide the service to you.
You may export all your data at any time, on any plan, including the free plan. We will not hold your data hostage against payment.
8. Automated analysis
Drishti uses automated and AI-based tools to analyse feedback. These produce estimates, not certainties. You should not treat any automated insight as professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you make about your business. We show the number of responses behind every insight so you can judge its weight.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and will give notice of planned downtime where practicable.
Features that depend on third parties — notably the Google Business Profile API — may be unavailable for reasons outside our control. Your ability to collect feedback through your QR code does not depend on those third parties.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Data Processing Addendum
Where we process personal data of your customers on your behalf, we act as Processor and you as Fiduciary. We will: process only on your documented instructions; keep it confidential and secure; use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy; assist you with data-principal requests; notify you of any personal data breach without undue delay; and delete or return the data on termination.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. On termination we retain your data for 12 months so you can reactivate, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion.
Your printed QR codes will stop resolving to your business page after termination. Plan for this before removing signage.
13. Changes to these Terms
We will post changes here and notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nadiad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
